Robbie is passionate about working with businesses of all sizes, from pre-revenue startups and nonprofits to global corporations. Robbie focuses his practice on guiding buyers and sellers through the complexities of the M&A process for businesses valued from $1MM - $20MM. His strategic approach to business law and acquisitions not only ensures a seamless handover of assets but also positions clients for sustained growth and operational excellence post-acquisition or sale. Robbie graduated with an Honors Scholar with Distinction from Baylor University’s University Scholars Program. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.
